Introduction to the work…

Discovery

Designed and ideated across many different aspects (charts, layouts, recurring data, actions etc). Worked with my PM to manage design work and UX to understand initial discovery findings. We’ve considered impact across different areas of the app including overview, invoicing, billing, tax etc. We’ve also considered Xero and Quick Book cashflow offering as part of design ideation. Success measurements

Our engagement will be measuring click-through rates and adoption will be measuring the usage of the feature.
FreeAgent and NatWest help users by identifying when a user could likely fall into cash flow problems
Positive feedback on the feature so that we remain attractive to small businesses and help our overall NPS score
